Geriatrics - a field of medicine dealing with diseases of old age. Historically derived from the interny, as the "queen of medical sciences", but currently also covers other issues related to diseases of the elderly, deriving from family medicine, neurology or psychiatry.

I graduated in medical school in 1994 at the Faculty of Medicine at Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.

In 1998, I completed a specialization in internal medicine of the first degree, and in 2006 a second degree specialization in internal medicine.

In 2006, I obtained a doctorate in medical sciences, defended for thesis entitled "Factors determining the variability of blood pressure", under the supervision of professor Tomasz Grodzicki.

2010 specialization in the field of Geriatrics. 2014 specialization in the field of Palliative Medicine

I am currently working at the POZ University Hospital in Kraków and the ZOL Palliative Department in Krakow.

I'm a member:

  • Polish Society of Palliative Medicine (PTMP)

Privately, I am the mother of two children.

My hobbies are traveling, dancing, music and sailing.
