Graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of the Nicolaus Copernicus Medical Academy in Kraków 1985. Employment: since 1986 doctor of the Second Department of Internal Medicine of the Narutowicz Hospital in Kraków, since 1991 employee of the Department of Nephrology of the University Hospital in Kraków. A long-term assistant and academic teacher at the Jagiellonian University Medical College, In 1995 she was awarded the title of doctor of medicine at the Medical Faculty of the Jagiellonian University Medical College "The occurrence of antibodies against the hepatitis C virus (HCV) in the group of chronically dialyzed patients and in the staff of the Dialysis Station". 

Obtained specializations: 

  • 1990 - Specialisation in the field of Internal Medicine,
  • 1996 - Second level specialisation in the field of Internal Medicine, 
  • 2000 - specialisationin Nephrology, 
  • 2009. - specialization in the field of Clinical Transplantology. 

For many years he has been a member of the Polish Society of Nephrology and the Polish Transplant Society, actively participates in conventions and scientific conferences in Poland and abroad. 

Clinical and professional interests focus on patients with nephrological problems and after kidney transplantation.
